Approximetely Area Proportional Venn Diagram

The PatternLab has a module for generating Venn Diagrams from shotgun proteomic data. By clicking on the regions of the Venn Diagram, a list of the proteins from that section will appear. This module also introduces a statistical strategy for selecting proteins unique to a state; the manuscript describing this strategy is submitted. The module can be accessed by clicking Analyze and then Approximately Area Proportional Venn Diagram in the PatternLab pulldown menu.
